Our Guarantee
All our original and compatible ink cartridges are brand new, our remanufactured ink cartridges are guaranteed to perform to the same standard as original cartridges. All of our products come with a 12 month guarantee. If you experience any problems with any of our products please contact us on 0870 2422301.

Credit Card Security
All credit/debit card payments from our website are made through Netbanx, using industry standard 128 bit encryption. The transaction takes place electronically, eliminating the security risks associated with old methods of writing down and then manually inputting card details.
Shipping And Handling
Postage and packing is just 99p (85p + VAT) per order, regardless of the order size.
All goods are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post. The vast majority of orders are despatched the same day, and most arrive the next working day. However, please allow 5 working days for delivery.
Returns Policy
Our seven-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within seven days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Ink and toner cartridges must have their tabs and seals unbroken to you to take full advantage of our returns policy.
Software must also have any seals and shrink wrap intact for our returns policy to apply.
